FxPremiere.com reserves the right to manually cancel any members subscription if at its sole discretion, FxPremiere.com finds that the member has violated any of the terms of use. If you cancel your subscription whilst in the month you will no longer receive signals for that month, so its best to cancel near the end of your recurring month. If you have also received an offer to buy 1 month and get a 2nd month free.You will receive this once cancelling your recurring billing on the day of purchase so please remember to do so. If you have not cancelled in time we cannot offer refunds as per our refunds policy. We will kindly just add the extra month.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reasons including the following :

There are losing streaks that every trader must account for and work through. FxPremiere.com is not responsible for losing trades made by our customers. We do not accept any responsibility as to how you manage your capital. Our hypothetical signals are to be used as a guideline. We are not a portfolio managing company and we are not Financial Advisors. If you cancel your subscription whilst in the month you will no longer receive signls for that month, so its best to cancel near the end of your recurring month. If you are also not receiving SMS we can try an alternative number. if this does not work it is out of our reach of help and that’s why its only a backup of an email signal. no refunds are given if SMS is not received.

Restrictions on Use

Payment and Refund Policy

Each subscription is paid via PAYPAL/CARD/LIBERTY RESERVE AND OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT PROCESSOR via their subscription link, and this means that unless you wish to cancel, it will automatically renew for you at the next due date. We reserve the right to vary our subscription prices at any time. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal date. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Subscriptions will automatically be renewed at the end of each billing cycle.

Previous transactions cannot be cancelled after they have been made and no refunds will be granted for them.
