Phase 2 — Diagnose with Data (Same Week)

• Journal audit (last 30–50 trades): Hit rate, avg R, latency, slippage, spread-at-fill, rule breaks.
• Tag outcomes: Setup tags (B/R, continuation, mean-revert), news tags (CPI/NFP/FOMC/None).
• Kill list: Temporarily ban the worst-performing setup/time window for 2 weeks.
• Theme risk: Check if losses came from USD over-stacking or Gold-only bias → apply heat caps.

Phase 3 — Micro-Wins Framework (Next 2 Weeks)

• Daily quota: Max 2–3 trades/day; stop after +1R net or −2R.

• Is this on the whitelist and in my session window?
• Is risk % at the reduced setting (0.25%–0.5%)?
• Is R:R intact after current price? If not, skip.
• Any news in ≤60 min? If yes, reduce size or wait for post-print structure.

Reset Rules:

Rebuild Metrics (What “Good” Looks Like)

• Rule breaks/week: 0–1 (target zero).
• Latency & slippage: Lower or stable versus pre-drawdown period.
• Net R (weekly): Positive or flat with reduced variance.
• Consistency: 10–20 consecutive trades following the plan.

Common Drawdown Traps (Skip These)
