2) Majors: CPI, NFP, FOMC, Core PCE
- CPI (monthly): Wait for the first impulse to exhaust. Look for reclaim of a pre-marked level; enter on retest with SL beyond invalidation. Consider half risk.
- NFP (monthly): First move often retraces. Favor fade/reclaim plays 2–10 minutes after print; avoid chasing initial spike.
- FOMC statement + presser: Statement spike, then presser can reverse. Either stand aside or trade only the second leg with strict management.
- Core PCE: Similar to CPI but typically milder; still avoid minute-one. Use limits at zones with worst-case sizing.
3) Mediums: ISM/PMI, JOLTS, Jobless Claims
