Forex Signals FAQ – As a forex signals provider we would like to remind all subscribers that you are fully responsible for your trades. Our informational signals are designed to help you decide on trades you make at your own risk.

Please find below the most frequently asked questions and answers with regards to our signal service:

How many Forex Signals per week can I expect?

ANSWER – Generally, you will receive approximately 10-15 trade signals per week, and sometimes more depending on our analysis. The first signal of the day will be delivered to you via SMS, then after that all other signal updates are sent via email.

How long does a trade last?Forex Signals FAQ

ANSWER –  Most trades last from 1 -4 hours. However, most trades are open for only a few hours. After a trade closes we watch the charts for the next entry signal to send you. We always place a 30 pips Stop Loss Level, some will also have a 30 pips Trailing Stop Loss Level.

When and what FX signals do you send?

ANSWER – We send up to 5 forex signals daily via SMS & Email for EURUSD & USDCHF, GBPUSD, USDJPY & XAUUSD and other popular currency pairs. We also send Gold and Oil signals. Delivering Daily Live Forex Signals Sent by SMS & Email at 3pm switzerland time.

Am I locked into a contract term?

ANSWER –  Absolutely not, it’s a recurring payment subscription system. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days notice. However, you MUST cancel your recurring payment as they are automated and will continue until you cancel it using the same method that you made your payment in to inform us of your cancellation. If you cancel your subscription during the month, you will no longer receive signals for that month, so we advise that it is best to cancel near the end of your recurring month (after you have given us 30 days notice of cancellation via email). We rarely receive cancellations and our policy is that we do not give refunds.

Do you offer a free trial and why do you not use third party results like myfxbook?

ANSWER – We do not offer free trials as our previous free trial system was abused by prospects re-registering with other email addresses. We are an informational purposes forex signal provider. We do not use third party results to display our signals. The use of our TP1, TP2, TP3 levels are not handled by third party firms like myfxbook.

What should I expect from your service?

ANSWER –  You should simply expect to use our informational Forex signals without the need to endlessly sit in front of your computer waiting for a signal. Please consult a financial advisor before subscribing as you are fully responsible for your trades. Forex Signals FAQ

Who is FxPremiere and what should I be aware of?

ANSWER –  FxPremiere are a group of Forex industry experts who have used their many years of experience to create an educational hypothetical signals and analysis service. The FxPremiere signal services have been created for educational purposes only. The website was built to help traders learn and place trades on demo accounts so they are better prepared when going onto live real money trading.

What broker do I need to have an account with?

Are there any restrictions in using FxPremiere signals?

ANSWER –  No. You may use any broker you wish. Our currency signals can work on any trading platform.

Does FxPremiere Forex signals experience draw downs?

ANSWER – Absolutely. Draw downs are part of any profitable hypothetical trading strategy. A trader must be comfortable with periodic draw down to trade within the Forex market. That is why risk management is crucial. Traders shouldn’t over leverage in order to survive inevitable draw downs even when educating themselves with hypothetical signals. That’s why our services are strictly educational.

What pairs do FxPremiere trade?

ANSWER –  EURUSD & USDCHF, GBPUSD, USDJPY & XAUUSD and others are sent daily to out subscribers via SMS & Email or through our App.

Are FxPremiere Forex signals completely automated?

ANSWER –  Our forex signals are all manually researched and sent to you by SMS and email daily. We do not use Trade Copier or any automated Software that allows you to put our trades on your platform automatically, as this will then result and fall under ‘Managed Accounts’ (especially if this was set to a live account). Managed Accounts must comply by the Financial Regulations of each country – this is a completely different type of service that we do not offer.

How do I cancel my signals subscription?

ANSWER –  Log in to your payment processor account and cancel your membership. Make sure to notify us via email 30 days prior. If you have any issues, email us on info@fxpremiere.com and we will cancel for you. We normally respond to all emails within 24 hours, and are available from Monday-Sunday.

Please also remember that even if you do ask or notify us to cancel your recurring payments you must do this yourself from the payment provider.

How FX signals work?

ANSWER – FX signals are constructed from using a technical and fundamental analysis of the Forex market. Using our own reliable analytical methodology, we find and prepare FX signals and send them directly to our subscribers.

We always put Stop Losses in place as a safety measure, however there are times a hypothetical signal may hit a Stop Loss before it reaches our Take Profit.

How do I get started using your service?

ANSWER – Visit our Subscription page and choose a package that best suits you. Once you have paid and subscribed, you can start using our signals on a demo account and it will help you to recognize trends, learn to trade on the forex market and minimize your risk.
