1) Principles: fixed % risk, R-first thinking
- Fixed % risk per trade: Choose 0.5%–1.0%. Your lot size comes from 1R (pts) × $/pt relative to your account.
- Everything in R: Track wins/losses, costs and targets in R. It normalizes across SL distances.
- No improv risk: Don’t increase risk to “make it back.” Edge is a long-run property.

2) Daily & weekly loss limits (and what to do when hit)

3) Drawdowns: expected math & recovery rules
- Expect them: Even with positive expectancy, streaks occur. A −6R to −10R patch can happen.
- Recovery rule: After −6R weekly, cut size by 50% for the next 10 trades or until back above −3R.
- Scope control: Trade only your best session and one or two setups during recovery.
4) Anti-tilt routines (before/after a trade)
- Before: 30-second checklist—session window? data minutes? level/zone? invalidation? size? If any “no,” do not click.
- After win: Log normally; resist overconfidence. No “bonus” trades outside windows.
- After loss: One minute away from screens; breathe 4-4-6 twice; re-read plan; run Tilt Check ≤ 3/8 before next trade.
